I brought graffiti into the museum
As director of Vantaa Art Museum Artsi, I did it with small, bold steps and people on board. Visitor numbers doubled and the museum was awarded. In 2017 I made my own radical change and founded Huovinmaa oy
Today my strategy work, keynotes and mentoring turn people into owners of change, also in the age of AI.
I am a Certified Business Mentor and follow the ethical guidelines of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
